PCB Design & Electrical Engineering for IoT andConnected Products
We design and deliver the electronics at the heart of your connected product. From schematic capture and PCB layout to prototyping, our electrical engineering team works alongside our embedded software and product design disciplines, so your hardware is designed to integrate from day one. Based in Veldhoven, in the Brainport region, we serve companies across the Netherlands and Europe.
Our Expertise
-

PCB Design
We design analog and digital PCBs across all complexity levels, single-sided, double-sided, and multilayer boards including BGA packages. We handle schematic capture, component selection, signal integrity analysis, and layout optimization for manufacturability. Every design is reviewed against DFM guidelines before going to production.
-

PCB assembly and Production
We provide PCB assembly and production services, utilizing advanced manufacturing technologies to ensure precision, reliability, and compliance with the highest quality standards.
-

Low power systems
We design low-power electronics for battery-operated and energy-harvesting IoT devices, optimizing sleep modes, power rail architecture, and component selection to extend battery life and reduce operating costs. Critical for field-deployed sensors, wearables, and remote monitoring devices.
-

Wireless communication
We design and integrate wireless hardware for Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, LoRa, LTE-M, Zigbee, and NFC, selecting the right protocol and antenna design for your application's range, power budget, and data requirements. We work closely with our embedded software team to validate the full wireless stack end to end.
-

Sensor Integration & Signal Conditioning
We design sensor interfaces and signal conditioning circuits for a wide range of measurement applications, temperature, pressure, motion, proximity, environmental, and more. We handle analog front-end design, ADC selection, noise reduction, and calibration to ensure your sensor data is accurate and reliable in real-world conditions.

Our electrical engineering process
-
We start with a thorough analysis of your electrical requirements, power budget, communication protocols, environmental constraints, form factor, and certification targets. We identify risks early and align on the architecture before any design work begins.
-
We develop the full schematic, select components based on performance, availability, and long-term supply chain reliability, and produce a BOM ready for review. Component selection at this stage directly impacts cost, manufacturability, and longevity.
-
We translate the schematic into a manufacturable PCB layout, applying signal integrity rules, thermal management, EMC best practices, and DFM guidelines. Multilayer and BGA designs are handled in-house.
-
We build and bring up the first hardware prototype, validate all electrical functions, and debug any issues in close collaboration with our embedded software team. This is where design meets reality.
-
We test against your electrical requirements specification, functional testing, environmental testing, power consumption measurement, and wireless performance validation. We produce test reports that support certification processes.
-
We prepare all manufacturing documentation, Gerbers, assembly drawings, BOM, and test fixtures, and support the transition to volume production with our manufacturing partners, ensuring quality and consistency at scale.
