We kick off by aligning on business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. We form the project team, define roles, interview stakeholders, and establish a clear design brief that keeps every subsequent decision grounded in the right objectives.

We map the full product structure, user flows, navigation hierarchy, content organisation, and interaction patterns. This phase produces the wireframe skeleton your interface is built on, ensuring every screen and state is accounted for before visual design begins.

We translate the information architecture into interactive prototypes that simulate the real product experience. Early prototypes are intentionally low-fidelity, the goal is to test core interactions quickly and cheaply before committing to visual design.

We test prototypes with real users, collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback on usability, task completion, and comprehension. Findings feed directly into the next iteration, we don't validate once and move on, we validate continuously.

We apply your brand identity and build a polished visual layer over the validated interaction model, typography, colour system, iconography, spacing, and component library. The result is a design system that scales across screens, platforms, and future product features.

We deliver production-ready design files with component documentation, interaction specifications, and handoff notes in Figma. We stay actively involved during development, reviewing builds, answering implementation questions, and ensuring the finished product matches the approved design.
